Our Technology Curriculum, integrated with our STEAM program, will teach students how to use AI safely, ethically, and effectively—skills many schools have not yet prioritized. By adopting the Day of AI curriculum, we are taking a proactive step to ensure students learn responsible AI practices, understand its real-world applications, and build critical thinking around data, privacy, and bias. This intentional instruction prepares students for the technological realities of today and the careers of tomorrow, giving them a meaningful advantage as thoughtful, capable users and creators of AI. We believe this program positions Evergreen Crest Academy to be among the first local schools to formally teach safe AI use, and we are committed to implementing this curriculum with care, age-appropriate guidance, and strong alignment to our STEAM goals so families can feel confident their children are prepared for the future, ready to navigate new tools responsibly, and equipped to contribute positively to an increasingly digital and interconnected world.
