Field Day Outing Fee A weekly $75 Field Day Outing Fee is required for each student to cover transportation, materials, and site‑related costs for our Tuesday field study outings. This fee is refundable under the following conditions:

• Student absence due to illness or family emergency (with notice)

• Inclement weather that prevents the outing from taking place

• Program‑initiated cancellation due to safety or site closure

• Rescheduled outings that a student is unable to attend

• Withdrawal from the program prior to the outing date

The fee is not refundable for student‑initiated non‑attendance, late arrivals, or removal from the outing due to safety or behavior concerns.

Special Pricing for Groups of 3+: Friends and Family Discount

$875 full week per student

Groups of three or more students enrolling in multiple weeks qualify for the discounts listed above.
